Welcome to the Jacksonville Retriever Club!
The Jacksonville Retriever Club is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to train retrievers for AKC field trials and hunt tests.
We hold multiple events each year at locations in Pavo, Ga and Paisley, Fl.
The events include the February Hunt Test commonly in Florida and the March Field Trial and the October Field Trial both held near Pavo, Ga.
Our club membership has included an array of retriever enthusiasts: professional trainers, amateurs; hunt testers, field trialers; as well as breeders and hunters.
All have different objectives, but share a passion for their dogs.
Many of our members have been training and trialing for decades, but all of us started somewhere. Newcomers are welcomed.
